We've heard your feedback and have updated the Shift Details screen to make it easier to manage your shifts. Below we'll walk through some key changes you can expect with the new design.
Here's a full video walkthrough
Timesheets available directly on the shift
The most exciting update is the addition of timesheets directly into the Shift Details screen. The timesheet section lets you clock-in/out Pros, adjust breaks, contact Pros, track their location, and more.
Also, once a shift is complete, you can quickly rate and roster Pros directly from the timesheet.

Critical shift information lives at the top
We grouped the key shift details and actions at the top for easier scanning. This includes making the timestamp of who booked the shift and when more prominent.
Consolidated position, location, and payment details
The full details of the position, location, and payment were always visible and took up most of the space in the old design. This could be repetitive and distract from more important actions like managing Pros and sending announcements. This section is now collapsible and more compact for easier reading.
Announcements get a dedicated section
Sending announcements to Pros on upcoming shifts is one of our more important features, but I realized it was hard to find. We gave this feature its own section to give it the prominence that matches its usefulness.
Easier management of paid backups
Sending Paid backups is one strategy we use to maximize the chances your shifts are filled. Managing this process before felt cumbersome and confusing to new Partners.
We've redesigned this section to add clear actions on each paid backup and better mark in the timesheet which Pros were added to the shift or sent home.
