Setting up direct deposit
Instawork will directly deposit your weekly earnings into the bank account (Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase Bank, etc.) that you have put in the app. Please make sure that your bank info is correct.
For the direct deposit to work, all of the following must be true.
The full name on the bank account must be the same as the name on your Instawork account
The address in your bank account must be the same as the one on your Instawork account
The social security number on your bank account must be the same as the one you use for your Instawork account
The routing number and account number must be valid
At this time, we cannot deposit your earnings into pre-paid or credit cards.
I want to know about WHEN I get paid
Instawork’s pay period cycles on a weekly basis, Monday - Sunday. For every pay period, there are two dates to know:
Wednesday after the pay period (Processing date) - This is the date when we send the money to your bank. Your bank will take 1-3 business days to make the money show up in your account.
Friday after the pay period (Available to withdrawal date) - This is the date when your bank should make the money show up in your account. If you still do not see the money after this date, please contact your bank.
There is a feature called Instapay that help you get paid within a few hours of completing your shift.
