We provide every Instawork Professional who work W2 gigs with workers' compensation during their gigs. Please note that this only applies to W2 gigs that are booked with the Instawork app. Work outside of the Instawork platform is not covered.

In the event of an accident during a W2 gig with Instawork, here's what you need to do:  

1 - Seek treatment
Seek treatment immediately for your injury.

​2 - Contact Instawork
Reach out to us via the app to let us know you've been injured, and we will help you file a claim for workers' compensation. You will be provided with links to forms that need to be completed within 24 hours of your injury. If no medical attention is required, please report the injury and complete the 'Refusal of Doctor's Care" form.
