Here's how to keep your profile updated to ensure you see all the gigs you want:

  1. Check ALL the positions that you want to work and have the skills for. Positions can be found on Profile > Gig Positions section
  2. Add all relevant work experience you have related to those positions. Have additional skills? Add them too so we can fast track you when there's a new position.
  3. Make sure your notification settings are turned on (where you want to see gigs and when you can work). Go to Profile > Notification Settings

Navigating COVID-19
We’re working hard to bring you gigs and expand the services we offer. For example, these gigs may be Delivery, Custodial/Janitorial/Cleaning, Warehousing etc. If you're interested to any of these, make sure to select them in your app and add any relevant work experience and required certificates (e.g. driver license).

What happens after I add a position?
Our team reviews your updated profile to confirm you have the skills. You can expect a 7-10 day turnaround time. Once your position has been added, and if there are gigs available, you will be able to see them in your app. 

When can I expect to see more gigs?
This depends on your market. You'll be notified in your app when there's a gig available to you.
