If your card has been lost or stolen, of if you notice suspicious activity on your account, please take the following steps immediate:

  1. Lock your card right away by going to your Instawork app > Earnings tab > Card to lock your card. Make sure that you are locking the correct (physical vs. virtual) card.

  2. Call Visa 833-333-1098 to report your card lost or stolen.

  3. Contact Instawork support to request a new card

Si ha perdido o le han robado la tarjeta, o si nota actividad sospechosa en su cuenta, siga los siguientes pasos inmediatamente:

  1. Bloquee su tarjeta de inmediato yendo a su aplicación Instawork > pestaña Ingresos > Tarjeta para bloquear su tarjeta. Asegúrese de que está bloqueando la tarjeta correcta (física frente a virtual).

  2. Llama a Visa 833-333-1098 para informar de la pérdida o robo de tu tarjeta.

  3. Contacta con el soporte de Instawork para solicitar una nueva tarjeta.
