Before you receive your physical card in the mail, the only way to get cash is to use the cash back option when making a purchase using your virtual card at a retail store.
Once you get your physical card, you can use it to get cash from an ATM or from any retail store that offers a cash back option.
Here are the steps for getting cash:
With a virtual card
Call Visa at (833) 333-1098 to set a PIN for your virtual card.
Make a purchase at any retail store that offers a cash back option.
If prompted, select the “Debit” option to process your transaction.
Enter your PIN.
Select the desired cash amount.
With a physical card
Activate your physical card in your Instawork app or call Visa at (833) 333-1098 to activate your card and set a PIN.
Find a fee-free ATM by going to the Earnings tab > Account > Take action > Find fee-free ATM.
Please note that many of the fee-free ATMs are located inside retail stores and access to these ATMs may not be available during non-business hours. You can find an Allpoint ATM that does not charge fees for withdrawals.

Active su tarjeta física en su aplicación Instawork o llame a Visa al (833) 333-1098 para activar su tarjeta y establecer un PIN.
Busque un cajero sin comisiones accediendo a la aplicación en la sección de Instawork Ganancias > Cuenta > Actuar > Buscar cajero sin comisiones.
Tenga en cuenta que muchos de los cajeros automáticos libres de comisiones se encuentran dentro de tiendas minoristas y el acceso a estos cajeros puede no estar disponible durante las horas no hábiles.
