To request a physical card, open your Instawork app and go to Earnings>Account and tap on the “Request physical card” button.
Your physical debit card will take 10 to 14 calendar days to arrive in your mailbox via USPS once you have ordered it. In the meantime, you can use your virtual card to make purchases in-store and online.
If it has already been more than 14 days and you still have not receive your physical card, please contact our support team.

Para solicitar una tarjeta física, abra su aplicación Instawork y vaya a Ganancias>Cuenta y pulse sobre el botón "Solicitar tarjeta física".
Tu tarjeta de débito física tardará entre 10 y 14 días naturales en llegar a tu buzón a través de USPS una vez que la hayas solicitado. Mientras tanto, puede utilizar su tarjeta virtual para realizar compras en tiendas y en Internet.
