I am getting an "Authorization failed" message

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble authenticating into your device.

We are asking you to verify your device to make your Instawork Card account more secure and protect your hard earned money.

We will ask you to verify your device when you:

(1) Sign into your Instawork account after logging off

(2) Sign into your Instawork account using a new device

To authenticate your device, you must click on the "Authenticate" button in the email that we send you from the device where you are currently using the Instawork app. Clicking the "Authenticate" button from a different phone or a desktop computer will cause the authentication to fail.

Te pedimos que verifiques tu dispositivo para que tu cuenta de Instawork Card sea más segura y proteja el dinero que tanto te ha costado ganar.

Te pediremos que verifiques tu dispositivo cuando:

(1) Accedas a tu cuenta Instawork después de desconectarte

(2) Accedas a tu cuenta Instawork utilizando un nuevo dispositivo

Para autenticar su dispositivo, debe hacer clic en el botón "Autenticar" del correo electrónico que le enviamos desde el dispositivo en el que está utilizando actualmente la aplicación Instawork. Si haces clic en el botón "Autenticar" desde un teléfono diferente o desde un computadora, la autenticación fallará.
