Thank you for reaching out about your Instawork Card. In order to reset your pin please follow these steps:
Access the earnings sections of the Instawork App.
Follow the MFA process.
Access the card section of the earnings app.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
Click on Change Physical Card Pin
You will be sent a verification code to your phone.
Enter your new pin.
There is no need to know your existing PIN.
