There are a few ways to communicate with your team of scheduled Pros.
Sending Announcements
While direct Pro contact information isn’t available until 24 hours before the shift start time, you can send announcements to scheduled Pros at any time. Announcements are sent to all Pros scheduled for your upcoming shift at the time the announcement is made. Learn more.
Use announcements to provide required updates or helpful reminders to Pros. You may also add attachments like maps and menus to your announcements for Pros to review.
Pro Contact Information
Starting 24 hours before the shift begins, Pro contact information is accessible in the shift details to enable communication with your arriving Pros. Pro contact information is available to you until the shift ends.
To access Pro contact information, click the phone icon next to the Pro you want to contact. Their phone number will appear to call or text the Pro.
