Make sure your profile is up to date with all your work experience, both on and off Instawork. This helps hiring managers learn more about you when they're looking to hire.
Step 2: Check out jobs
Get instant notifications for relevant job openings. If a job matches your skills, experience, and location, you'll see it on the home screen of your Instawork app.
Step 3: Apply for jobs
Interested in a role? Apply by filling out a short form. If the hiring manager thinks you're a good match, they'll message you about the job.
Step 4: Reply to messages from Hiring Partners
When hiring managers message you in the app, reply quickly. This helps you learn about the job and shows them you're interested.
Step 5: Work a trial shift
The hiring manager might ask you to work a paid shift to try out the job. This helps you show what you can do and see if you like working there. You'll get notifications in the app for the trial shift.
