Why can't they accept my shift transfer?

Learn why other Pros might not be able to accept your shift

If you tried to transfer your shift to another Pro but they can't accept it, this usually means:

  • The business only wants Pros they picked themselves

  • The other Pro isn't approved for this type of work

  • The shift needs Top Pro Status, which the other Pro doesn’t have

  • The other Pro's account isn't active right now
