How to Enter:
You need an active Instawork profile in good standing and must have completed at least one shift on the platform.
Choose one of the following professional attire categories:
Chef Uniform
Black Bistro
White Bistro
Kitchen Black
Business Casual
Warehouse Safety Attire
Get a great shot of yourself wearing the appropriate attire for your chosen category.
Submit Your Photo:
First, upload it on our official contest form.
Second, make sure to upload the exact same photo to the "Attire" section of your Instawork Profile. (Go to Profile > Scroll down to Attire > Click "Add Attire" or "Edit" an existing Attire to upload a new image)
Important: Both steps (submitting via the form AND uploading to your Instawork profile) are required for your entry to be complete!
Photo Submission Guidelines:
To make sure your "Fit Check" photo shines, please keep these tips in mind:
You should be the only person visible in the image.
Show off the correct and accurate attire for the position you're representing. We want to see how you nail the look!
All required elements of your attire must be visible. (Get a friend or another Pro to take a full-body photo!)
Submit a high-quality, well-lit, and in-focus photo. A clean, simple background (like a plain wall) is highly recommended to make your attire stand out.
Your photo must clearly display professional attire that's suitable for an Instawork position; no offensive or objectionable content. Please follow our Community Guidelines.
Keep it authentic: We want to highlight real Pros' real looks; no heavy editing or filters, please.

Contest Starts: October 21st, 2025, at 4:00 PM Pacific Time
Entry Deadline: October 31st, 2025, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time
Winners Announced: On or around November 10th, 2025, on Instawork's social media channels.
Optional: Share Your Fit Check on Social Media
Want to spread the word? Feel free to share your Fit Check on TikTok or Instagram using the hashtag #InstaworkFitCheck. Help other Pros get ready for their shifts by sharing your tips for great Instawork attire.
Please note: Sharing on social media is optional and does not affect your chances of winning the contest.
Prizes:
We're awarding cash prizes to our top "Fit Check" Pros for each attire category:
First Place Winners (6): $100 cash prize, paid directly to your Instawork account.
Runner-Up Winners (6): $50 cash prize each, paid directly to your Instawork account.
Prizes will be awarded within approximately 30 days of winner verification.
How Winners Are Chosen:
A panel of judges from Instawork will review all eligible entries based on these criteria:
Professionalism of Attire (30%): How well your attire is presented overall.
Accuracy (40%): How well your attire matches the standard for the chosen category/position.
Photo Clarity & Presentation (30%): The quality of your photo and how clearly it depicts your full attire.
If you're a winner, we'll notify you by email or through the contact information associated with your Instawork account on or around November 5th, 2025. You'll need to respond within three (3) business days to claim your prize, so keep an eye on your inbox.
By entering the Instawork Fit Check Attire Contest, you agree to a few important things:
Image Rights: You grant Instawork the right to use your submitted photo (and your likeness in it) for promoting the contest, for Instawork's marketing and advertising purposes, and for future product development. This means we can use, edit, and display your photo in various ways without further compensation. See the contest Media Release for details
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States.
Only one entry per individual is permitted. Any attempts to manipulate the entry process will lead to disqualification.
Your participation means you agree to all the Official Rules of the contest.
