  • Submit the following required documents for verification:

  • Recent paystub or check stub: This must show your name and the hiring company’s name.

  • Hiring manager’s details: Include their name and phone number.

Steps to Submit Your Documents

When a partner reports you as hired, a prompt will typically appear in your app. To submit your documents:

  1. Open the Instawork App.

  2. Navigate to the Profile tab.

  3. Look for the prompt asking if you have been hired or follow the in-app steps to upload your documents.

  4. Upload clear photos of the original documents specified above.

Timeline for Receiving the Hiring Bonus

The entire process from document upload to payment typically takes up to 30 days. Here is the breakdown:

  • Document Verification: Our internal team reviews your documents for completeness and validity. This part of the process can take up to 20 days.

  • Payment Processing: Once your documents are approved and the partner has not disputed the hire, your bonus will be processed. You will receive your payment within 10 days after approval.
