What does Instawork Hiring cost?
You pay $200 for each completed interview
You don't pay for interviews where the candidate doesn't show up
When am I charged?
We charge your card two days after a completed interview. This gives you time to mark attendance first.
If you're on an Instawork Hiring package, we charge you based on the terms of your contract.
How does attendance marking work?
After each interview, we ask you to confirm whether the candidate attended. This helps ensure you're billed only for interviews that took place. Candidates can also mark attendance, but you have the final say.
We encourage you to rate the candidate as you confirm their attendance
To mark attendance and rate the candidate:
Open your Instawork Hiring dashboard
Go to the Job posting, you'll see all your upcoming & past interviews
Thumbs up or down the candidate based on the interview outcome
If the candidate did not show up, go to the interview and mark attendance
What happens if attendance isn't marked?
Interviews can happen on busy days. We provide a grace period of two days post interview, after which we'll charge your card.
To help avoid an unexpected charge, we recommend marking attendance as soon as each interview ends.
