Partners that post shifts on the Instawork Platform are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing break periods.

We encourage Partners to follow their existing practices and exercise common sense to support a positive work experience for Instawork Professionals.

You will be asked to confirm your breaks when you clock out of your shifts. Time for any unpaid breaks will be deducted from your total hours worked on the shift.
