You earn this achievement when you complete your first shift. Because the first shift is your first step into the spotlight.

You earn this achievement when Instawork Partners give you a 4-star or 5-star rating and you’re added to their favorites list (milestones at 3, 5, 10). It feels good to be loved. 

Gold for the win! Work 5 shifts, maintain an average of 4.2-star rating, and don't cancel any shift to qualify for Gold next month. Then, you get early access to shifts and extra Gold bonuses!

You earn this achievement when you work a certain number of shifts (milestones at 5, 10). Working hard pays off! 

You earn this achievement when you work a shift in the Wine Country. There are many events in Napa and they’re always nice. Because wine not? 

You earn this achievement when you work at least one shift per week (milestones at 3, 5, 10). Consistent hard work leads to success.

You earn this achievement when you work shifts without canceling (milestones at 3, 5, 10. We love someone we can count on!

Early Bird

You earn this achievement when you clock in early (milestones at 3, 5, 10). Being punctual says a lot about your character!

Top Pro

You earn a badge for each Top Pro level you reach. It will also track how many times you reach each level.
