Getting Professionals to the right location to work your shift

If you wish to change the location you are using for your shifts (rather than adding a new location), you can follow the steps below. NOTE: if you are using this location on a shift(or shifts) that are currently active or upcoming, this will change the address of those shifts.

  • Login to Company Dashboard

  • Click on your company logo, then click on “Account Settings”

  • Click on Locations

  • Find the location that you wish to change 

  • Click on “edit”

  • Input the new address for the shift location (our map checker will validate the location)

  • Select the correct location and click “Save”
