Add or edit an onsite contact

Changing or adding shift contacts in your company dashboard

If you wish to add an additional onsite contact in your dashboard, please follow the steps below.

  • Login to your company dashboard

  • Ensure you are on the 'Your Shifts' tab

  • Under the “Upcoming shifts” click on the shift that needs a new contact

  • Under other instructions, click on “edit”

Other instructions

The existing on site contact will be selected. You can change that contact, or add a new contact.

If the contact is already in your dashboard, click 'add existing contact' and you will be able to select a contact from a list of your active users. If you wish to enter a contact manually, click 'add new contact' and you may add the name and number of the new contact (this will not add them to your company dashboard as a contact, only this shift).

Add contact details and click “Save". Note: email address is not required
