We understand that it's crucial for you to know when Professionals will be at your gig. Within your company dashboard, you are able to contact and track them so that you are able to adjust the bandwidth of your team if necessary. 

Here's how:

  • On the 'Your shifts' tab under the 'Upcoming gigs', click on the active gig you have

  • On each professionals shift, you can click on “Track” and view their location, an ETA if they have one, and if they are checked in or not. An example is below.
