What happens if I’m running late?
What happens if I’m running late?

You should inform the on-site contact, but you should avoid being late by all means.

We understand that things happen but arriving late can lose opportunities for you and other Professionals.

Here’s how you can ensure you show up on-time

  • Review details of the gig to ensure that you know the location, time, and what to wear.

  • Plan ahead for inclement weather, traffic, and/or personal arrangement. Traffic/weather is not a valid excuse as to why you're running late, so please plan ahead accordingly.

  • Finding parking and navigating to the exact clock-in location could take some time depending on the venue, so plan to arrive 10-15 mins early.

I know that I will be late, what do I do?

The best way to repair a relationship is to tell your onsite contact, lead, or captain you’ll be late ahead of time. That way they can plan around your tardiness. You can find the on-site contact information on the gig details page.

Tardiness policies

  • If you are late to the shift and are sent home, you will not qualify for any 4 hour sent home pay (this is also up to the partners discretion).

  • While we do provide a 15 minute window and if you are sent home we will excuse the tardy but you will not qualify for the 4 hour sent home pay.

  • You will not begin getting paid until you have arrived and clocked-in.

  • If you have not arrived at the shift after 60 minutes of the start time you will be considered a no show in our system and will not qualify for any payments.
