We have heard from many of our partners that being able to add a PO number to a shift would be helpful. On Instawork, you can now do this so that you can more easily track how much you’re spending on professionals. Here’s how it works:
You can enter a PO number when you are booking a shift. This field shows up on the last step of the booking process.
You can also add it after a shift is complete, when it shows up on your
“Invoices” tab. You can find this at the bottom of the page.
When you click on "Add purchase order," you'll be able to add a PO number.
This PO number will flow through the system and will also be visible in the invoice we send you.
