To help you manage the clock in process effectively, we developed a feature to help prevent Pros from clocking in unless they are inside your worksite…and you can now tell us specifically where your worksite is.
| When you are on the dashboard, click “Account settings” |
| On the left side of the page, scroll down until you see “Geofence” |
| Find the location you want to edit the fence for and select “Edit” |
| Draw a shape around any area where professionals will legitimately be working, even if it’s outside of a building. Be careful to add a little bit of buffer so that professionals can clock in without any issues… In some areas, GPS accuracy can be spotty, so adding a little buffer can certainly help. |
