*The following article is for our Pros that reside in the US.

We’ve heard that Pros appreciate getting paid more quickly! Qualifying Pros on Instapay-eligible shifts can get paid in as few as 5 minutes after completing a shift. This means you’ll be able to have a little more cash in your pocket sooner.

Eligibility: Instapay is only available for Silver and above Top Pros who have worked an Instapay-eligible shift marked by the ⚡️ icon. At this time, there are no Instapay-eligible W-2 shifts.

How it works: With Instapay, payment is sent as soon as you clock out of your shift instead of waiting until the end of the weekly pay period. How quickly your earnings become available in your account depends on the account type you select.

Your options include payment to the Instawork Card, which is always free and available within 5 minutes; payment to your designated non-Instawork debit card, which takes 1 hour; and sending funds to a checking account, which takes 3 business days to become available after payment is sent.

If you apply for your Instawork Card on or after June 6th, you must activate your physical card before you can get Instawork earnings, including free Instapay, on the Instawork Card. Please allow 7-14 calendar days for your card to arrive in the mail.

There is a $3 fee per payout for Instapay sent to a non-Instawork Card.

Starting May 1, 2023, Instapay payments to a checking account or debit card other than the Instawork Card will incur a $3 fee per payout.

You can always get paid for free by choosing Weekly pay in your payment settings.

Note on W-2 earnings: At this time, all W-2 earnings will still be sent to your checking account on a weekly basis. We are working on giving you the flexibility to choose when and where to get paid for W-2 earnings, as well; stay tuned for updates!
