Manage and Pay Invoices

It is critical to our partnership that invoices are paid by these terms and on time to ensure our professionals continue to be paid on time and we can continue to provide you with top talent. Here are some helpful key points to do so:

  • Invoicing Period - Weekly invoicing covers Monday - Sunday of the existing work week. Timesheet adjustments can be made directly on the platform during the week of the shift.

  • Draft Timesheets Deadline - Monday at 9 am PST: you’ll receive an automatic email with a draft timesheet for all shifts completed in the prior week (including unscheduled/backdated shifts). Any shift adjustments must be completed in the dashboard by 9 pm PST.

  • Final Invoice - Tuesday at 1 pm PST: you’ll receive an email that includes your total invoice amount due by your invoice terms. Any and all communications for timesheet adjustments must be received before the invoice is final since we pay the related professionals by the weekly invoice

To view all invoices, navigate to the “Invoices” tab. This give you a few different tools:

View a full list of all invoices, which can be sorted by location and date range.

  • Click on each invoice to see a summary of all Professionals with the shift details and total bill rate.

  • Download a PDF of individual invoices page.

  • Run account statement reports on a selected date range using the “Download Account Statement” button. You report can be either a summary of all invoices
    or all shifts.
