You’ll enter the following details for work site information:
Work site name - Name of shift location that will appear for the Instawork Pro in their app. (i.e. Dunder Mifflin - Cafe)
Venue type - Select an option from the dropdown that best fits
Location address - Addresses will pre-populate as you type it in. Select the correct one.
Clock-in location - This is the exact location where Pros will be directed to to clock in.
You can adjust the location using the “Adjust” button and moving the pin.
Parking & location details - Select from the provided options.
Other location details - Open text field to add all other location specific details including:
Specific parking details (e.g. location, cost)
Suggested transit for someone coming to the venue for the first time
Step by step instructions on how to navigate to the check-in point
Rules and regulations of the venues (eg. clear bags, prohibited items)
Onsite contact information
Once you've entered your work site details, you'll need to provide information for an onsite contact for the shift. This individual will be present on the day of the shift and will be responsible for answering questions from Pros, managing their clock-in and clock-out times, and providing necessary instructions upon their arrival. To ensure clear communication, Pros will have the ability to call or text the onsite contact starting 90 minutes before the shift begins.
