Once you have the Instawork app downloaded, you will be able to see all of your upcoming and past shifts as well as manage live shifts directly on your phone.
Clock Pros in and Out
Easily clock Pros in and out of the shift. Want a little more oversight? Clock Pros in and out of your shifts by scanning a QR code from the Pro’s phone.
Press "Live Shifts" in the lower-left corner of the app
Press "Scan"

Press "clock in"
Pro location tracking
Starting 90 minutes before the shift start time you can track the locations of the Pros working your shift under the "Live Shifts" on the lower-left corner of the app.
Make time adjustments
Whether there is spotty service, or a Pro works longer than scheduled, you can easily make timesheet adjustments as they're needed.
Rate Pros after the shift
Quickly rate the Pros you worked right after the shift while it’s top of mind. The more consistently you can provide ratings, the more effectively we can match Pros that are the right fit for you.
Communicate with Pros
24 hours before the shift start time, you will have access to call or text the assigned Pros directly. You can send announcement to all the assigned Pros on a shift at anytime from the app.
