We match you with workers: Instawork uses a variety of data points including work experience, past reviews, and location information to match you with the most qualified Professionals and maximize shift fill rate. Professionals who are available to work will pick up your shift. As shifts get picked up, you can view Professional profiles in the dashboard.

  4. Manage your shift: Instawork has a mobile app to help you manage your shift as it’s happening. With simple clock-in/clock-out capabilities, messaging features, and Pro location tracking, managing workers has never been easier.

  5. Save your favorite Pros: Once the shift is completed, you can rate the Professionals you worked with. Add your favorites to a roster or block Pros that weren't a good fit to quickly build a go-to team for future shifts.
