If your shift time is approaching and your shift is still unfilled, you have a few options on how you’d like to move forward.
Raise the rate
If your shift isn’t filled, you can increase the rate you are offering to attract more Pros to pick up the shift. To do this, you will click either
“Improve fill rate” from the shift homepage.
Or "Raise the price" in the shift details.
Choose the new bill rate you want to list and click “Save.”Once you click save, qualified Pros will immediately be notified of the new rate.
Once a Pro accepts the shift, the new rate applies to all Pros on that shift, including Pros who booked before you raised the rate.
Push back unfilled shifts
We’ll continue to send notifications to qualified workers up until the shift start time. If you want to give available Pros more time to respond and arrive, you can push back the start time of your shift so Pros have a wider window of time to pick up the shift.
To push back a shift start time, click into the shift and look for the "Push back unfilled shifts" button in your dashboard to delay the start time for any unfilled shifts.
Note, this action only affects unfilled shifts. Shifts that are already filled will keep their original start time.
Cancel unfilled shifts
If you absolutely need workers to start at the original time or prefer to operate with one less worker, you can cancel an unfilled shift without incurring any fees. You can cancel an unfilled shift in the Shift Details page. Learn more.
