How do I get started?

Posting a job is simple—submit a few details about the open role, including the position’s title, hourly wage, and location, and we’ll take it from there. You can also add more details to your job post by uploading a PDF or sharing a link to an existing job post.

What happens after I post a job?

You’ll immediately have access to start messaging Pros while we share your post with our Pro network. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a handpicked shortlist of the best-matched candidates, powered by data from millions of successful work matches. You can also review all Pros who have applied, save the ones you like to your Favorites, and schedule interviews or a trial shift from your Instawork dashboard.

How does Instawork match candidates with my job requirements?

We match you with candidates using real performance data that's exclusive to Instawork. Using data from millions of successful work matches, we evaluate candidates’ verified work history, performance ratings, and demonstrated skills to find your best matches. If shift data is not available, Instawork uses resumes, certifications, and other non-shift data to match Partners with candidates.

How much does it cost?

Packages start at $600 for one job post, which includes one job post, access to vetted Pros for 30 days, a handpicked shortlist of qualified candidates based on Instawork data, ability to schedule Trial Shifts to evaluate candidates, and access to instantly message up to 100 Pros. We also have discounted pricing if you’re hiring for multiple positions.

Note, job posts accept applications for 14 days, but Partners have access to messaging, trial shift scheduling, and other features for 30 days.

Is there a minimum number of hours I have to work with a Pro through Instawork Hiring?

There are no hour requirements! Candidates through Instawork Hiring are applying directly for permanent positions on your team, so you can hire them as soon as you find the right fit.

What’s the difference between the pricing packages?

We offer three packages to fit different hiring needs:

  1. Starter ($600) is perfect for filling a single position. You'll get one job post and can message up to 100 qualified candidates.

  2. Growth ($2,240) is great for building out a new location team. You'll get four job posts and can message up to 400 qualified candidates.

  3. Enterprise is ideal for continuous hiring needs. You'll get unlimited job posts and candidate messaging, plus we'll handle initial candidate interviews for you.

All packages include trial shifts, verified candidate data, and 30-day access to your candidate pool.

Do I get a refund if the hired person didn’t work out?

No, job post fees are non-refundable. That's why we provide vetted candidate data, trial shift options, and pre-screening tools to help you evaluate candidates thoroughly and make confident hiring decisions.

What happens if I change my mind before you give me a list of candidates for hiring?

Job posts are shared with qualified Pros as soon as they go live, so unfortunately we can't offer refunds after posting. However, if you haven't received any candidates and need to cancel, please contact hiring@instawork.com for assistance.

How do I change between packages?

If you need to add additional job posts or adjust your hiring package, please contact your Account Manager or email hiring@instawork.com. For one-time packages, you'll maintain access to your candidate pool, messaging, and trial shift scheduling for 30 days from your package start date.

Can I pay by invoice?

If you currently use invoicing for temporary staffing through Instawork, you can use invoicing for Hiring as well. Please contact hiring@instawork.com for assistance.
