With Instawork Hiring, you can access candidates with vetted experience and verified performance data, schedule trial shifts for in-person skills assessment, and engage candidates to build stronger teams and streamline your hiring process. How Instawork Hiring works

Step 1: Submit a job post

Fill a short form with job details and link to an existing job URL or upload a PDF with details. Publish your job post after a one-time payment of $600. Instawork will instantly notify Pros about your job opening so they can start applying.

Note, job posts accept applications for 14 days, but Partners will have access to messaging, trial shift scheduling, and other features for 30 days.

Step 2: Review candidate profiles & instantly connect with your favorites

View all candidates who apply on your Instawork dashboard as soon as your job is published. Evaluate applicants based on their work experience and Instawork-exclusive performance data. To optimize your hiring process, we’ll send you a hand-picked shortlist of best-suited candidates for your job within 24 hours of your job post going live.

Step 3: Engage with candidates

Use the messaging feature on our platform to instantly connect with candidates who’ve applied. The 90% message response rates and 2x higher interview attendance will help accelerate your hiring process. If you’d like to assess a candidate’s skills in-person, you can request a paid trial shift through the dashboard.

You can view candidates’ profiles, send messages, and schedule trial shifts with the ones you like for 30 days after your job post goes live.

Step 4: Make your decision

* If shift data is not available, Instawork uses resume, certifications, and other non-shift data to match Partners with candidates. Candidate message response and interview attendance rate is based on information collected during a product trial period in 2024.
