Updates to the Professionals Tab

Manage your rosters more efficiently

Updated over a week ago

We revamped the Professionals Tab to simplify managing your rosters and Pros. Below are the key changes to help you manage your rosters.

Here's a full video walkthrough

Position-specific blocking

With the new position-specific blocking feature, you can optimize your team's performance by ensuring that each Pro picks up shifts in their most suitable role. For example, if you have a Pro who shines as a bartender but isn't as strong in dishwashing, you can block them from dishwasher shifts. This strategy not only elevates the quality of service but also enhances client satisfaction by consistently delivering top-notch experiences. By aligning your Pros' strengths with the right positions, you maximize their potential and maintain high standards across your operations. Learn more.

Bulk management of Pros

The new bulk management feature allows you to categorize multiple Pros at once, whether you're adding them to a roster, removing them from a roster, or blocking them. This streamlined process cuts down on admin time, letting you focus on the bigger picture.

Consolidated roster management

Instead of having “My Roster," "Manage Rosters," and "Blocked" lists across three screens, we've consolidated them into one simple view, making it faster to manage your team of reliable Pros. This change means less time navigating so you can focus on building and maintaining a strong team of Pros.

Quick access to key lists

We've made important lists like "Ok to Return," "All Pros I’ve Worked With," and "Blocked" Pros more accessible for quick review and management.

We hope these updates enhance your experience and make managing your roster more intuitive and efficient. We know how busy you are and how vital your Pro network is to your success. Our goal is to streamline your workflow, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service and growing your business. If you have any questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out.
