If you no longer wish to use Instawork, you can delete your account directly through the app. This article explains how to delete your account and what happens afterward.
Step to delete your Instawork Pro account
Open the Instawork app.
Go to Settings.
Tap on Account Information.
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Tap the red "Delete Account" button.
Select your reason for deleting. You can choose multiple reasons.
Check the boxes to confirm you understand what account deletion means.
Confirm your decision.
What happens when you delete your account
You will be signed out immediately.
You will no longer receive notifications, emails, or text messages from Instawork.
You will lose access to your work history and earnings information.
Any upcoming shifts you've booked will be canceled.
Important things to know
Any pending payments will still be processed.
If you have worked shifts through Instawork, we are required to keep some of your information for tax and legal purposes.
If you're having trouble deleting your account or have questions about the process, please contact our support team through the Instawork app before deleting your account.
