How to rate your shifts after completion
After you finish a shift, you'll be asked to rate your experience. Your feedback helps us improve Instawork for everyone.
What happens after your shift ends
When your shift is over and you've clocked out, you'll see a prompt in the app asking you to rate the business. This usually appears right after you clock out.
How to rate a business
1. Tap the stars to give a rating from 1 to 5 stars
- 1 star = Poor experience
- 5 stars = Great experience
2. Add comments about your experience (optional)
- Share what went well
- Mention any issues you had
- Provide specific feedback that could help other Pros
3. Tap "Submit" to complete your rating
