How to reset my password?

Instawork uses a simple phone verification system instead of passwords. This article explains how to log in to your account.

Logging in to your Instawork account

Instawork doesn't use passwords for account access. Instead, you'll use your phone number and a verification code each time you log in:

1. Open the Instawork app

2. Tap "Log in"

3. Enter your phone number

4. Tap "Continue" or "Next"

5. Wait for the 4-digit verification code to be sent to your phone via text message

6. Enter the 4-digit code in the app

7. You'll be logged in to your account

- Make sure you're using the same phone number that's linked to your Instawork account

- Check that you have good cell service to receive the text message

- Enter the verification code quickly, as it may expire after a short time

- If you don't receive the code, tap "Resend code" after waiting a minute

What to do if you changed your phone number

If you no longer have access to the phone number linked to your account:

1. Open the Instawork app

2. Tap "Log in"

3. Tap "Need help logging in?" or "Account recovery."

4. Follow the steps to verify your identity and update your phone number

Remember to keep your phone number updated in your account settings if you change it.
