Steps to Access Previous Support Conversations
Log into the Instawork app.
Tap the question mark (?) icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select the option titled 'I want to follow up on a previous issue.'
You will now see your open conversations. To view all your previous conversations, tap on 'See all.'
