All Partners on the Instawork Platform should comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing break periods. We encourage Partners to follow their existing practices and exercise common sense to support a positive work experience for Instawork Professionals.

You can schedule a break for Professionals when you post the shift directly in the booking form. Time for any unpaid breaks will be deducted from each Professional’s total hours worked on the shift. If you want to add a pre-scheduled break to a shift that you already booked, please reach out to us.
