It is a great feeling to have an Instawork Partner invite you back or hire you full time to work after you complete a shift with them.&nbsp;

However, if work is ever agreed upon outside of the Instawork platform (i.e.: there isn't a shift scheduled through the Instawork app):

you will not be able to get paid by Instawork, and

you will not be covered by Instawork's <a href="https://help.instawork.com/en/articles/2062237-do-i-get-insurance-from-instawork" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">insurance</a>.

1. you will not be able to get paid by Instawork, and
2. you will not be covered by Instawork's <a href="https://help.instawork.com/en/articles/2062237-do-i-get-insurance-from-instawork" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">insurance</a>.

What if an Instawork Partner asks me to work and tells me I will be paid through Instawork?
