After each shift, you should rate your Instawork Professionals (Pros) and provide feedback. Rating and sharing feedback improves your roster and supports great Pros.
For each Pro, you can give them a positive (thumbs up) or negative rating (thumbs down), and provide more detail on how they did across skills, attitude, attire and requirements relevant to their position and shift. There is always room for improvement, so you may have a mix and match if thumbs up and down. Pros who receive really good ratings are eligible to earn Top Pro status.
The more consistently you can provide ratings, the more effectively we can match Pros that are the right fit for you. You can also use ratings to determine who can pick up shifts with you in the future.
Add a Pro to your roster
After you rate a Pro with a thumbs up, you have the opportunity to add the Pro to your roster. You want to add Pros to your roster who you really liked working with and want to work with again in the future. Adding a Pro to roster:
Enables you to book the Pro directly
Give the Pro first access to the shifts your post in the future

Block a Pro
After you rate a Pro with a thumbs down, you also have the ability to block the Pro from picking up shifts with your in the future. will prevent the Pro from working shifts at your location in the future.
They will not be matched with your business again
In case this professional has booked any of your future shifts, he/she will be removed from all of your shifts
We'll review your feedback and may follow up with you or someone on your team for additional information
Depending on the circumstances, we will remove the Instawork Professional from our network

If I block a Pro does it prevent them from picking up shifts with other businesses on Instawork?
No, blocking a Pro only prevents them from picking up shifts with your business. We understand that some Pros are just not a fit for your business, but are still great workers. Our team will review the reason for blocking and asses if further action needs to be taken on the Pro's account.
Can I remove a Pro from my Roster?
Yes, you can remove Pros from your roster under Professionals > Your Roster, clicking the three dots and choosing "remove from roster".
Can I unblock a Pro?
Yes, you can unblock Pros under Professionals > Blocked, clicking the three dots and choosing "unblock".
