** This video previously mentioned pros have six hours to make adjustments.

Pros now have 12 hours from the end of the shift!

We understand that the clock in/out times may not reflect your actual hours worked it is our goal to ensure you're paid for the time you have actually worked. You can now dispute your hours in the app! You have 12 hours from the end of the shift to submit a dispute.

  • Navigate to "Past Gigs"

  • Select the shift you want to request an adjustment.

  • Select "Request Hours Adjustment" at the bottom of the page.

  • Enter the hours that need to be adjusted for your gig.

  • Submit the request by clicking "Request" in the top right corner of the page.

Disputes are sent to the Partner in which they have 3 days to review by either accepting or rejecting the claim. If they fail to do either after that deadline, the adjustment will be made in your favor. As soon as a decision has been made, you'll receive an email.

In the future, you can make the adjustments to your clock out time in the app prior to clocking out to ensure that the times worked is accurate. View our FAQ on how to do that!
