Updated over 6 months ago

Our community is growing! You're gaining new skills and opportunities while Instawork is increasing our shifts and diverse Partners that need your help.

If you'd like to update your profile and apply to more positions, follow these steps:

  1. In the app, click 'Profile'.

  2. In the 'My Positions' section, select 'Manage Positions'

  3. Scroll through the Apply to More Positions

  4. Select on the position you are interested in.

  5. Click on the Apply Now Button that is inside the blue box "Get Activated to book these shifts"

6. On the next screen, enter all the information required in the Minimum to Apply section, and to make your profile stand out, complete the additional fields at the bottom of the screen.

7. Once you have entered all the required fields, the boxes will turn green with a checkmark, and now you can click on the Apply for Position button.

What happens after I add a position?
If required you will be prompted to schedule a coach call. This is where an Instawork Coach reviews your work experience and finalizes the application.

The coach call may consist of a review of all positions that you have shown interest in. So please be prepared to review your experience in all the positions you have shown interest in.

After the coach call is complete it may take up to 48 hours for the status of the application to be updated.

When can I expect to see more shifts?
Shift availability depends on your market. You should expect to be notified in your app when there's a shiftavailable to you.

Navigating COVID-19
We’re working hard to provide you shifts and expand the services we offer. For example, these shifts may be Delivery, Custodial/Janitorial/Cleaning, Warehousing etc. If you're interested to any of these, make sure to select them in your app and add any relevant work experience and required certificates (e.g. driver license).
