Understand your Performance Score

What determines your reliability and quality scores on Instawork?

What factors determine your reliability score?

No-show: Not showing up to your booked shift.

No-shows are a serious offense because businesses will be left short-staffed with no other options. A No-show has a high impact on your performance score. In addition, you’ll be suspended and removed from future shifts.

Missed confirmation: You are expected to confirm a shift 36-16 hours before your shift starts. Failing to confirm your shift will result in automatic cancellation. You may also be suspended and removed from your future shifts.

This has a medium impact on your score

Late cancels: Canceling your booked shifts with less than 24-hour notice is counted as a late cancel. You may be suspended and removed from your future shifts for doing so.

This has a medium impact on your performance score. If you cannot make it to the shift due to a last-minute emergency, you should still cancel your shift to avoid a No-show

Top Pro status: At Instawork, we believe it is important to recognize hard-working, high-quality professionals. So we created the Instawork Top Pro program to reward Instawork Professionals for a job well done.

Your Top Pro status has a medium impact on your performance score

Early cancels: Canceling your booked shifts with more than 24-hour notice is counted as an early cancelation. You may early cancel your shifts without the risk of suspension.

This has a low impact on your performance score. As much as possible, provide more than 24-hour notice if you have to cancel.

No location tracking: We expect you to turn on your location services while you are on shift. Not turning on your location services may not only delay your payment but also doesn’t help if we want to validate your presence onsite. Not having location services turned on will have a low impact on your reliability score.

What factors determine your quality score?

Your overall quality rating is determined based on a number of factors, including ratings you get for every shift, reviews you receive from other Pros, achievements you unlock, and your app usage.

Your ability to do the job, following attire requirements and shift instructions, and having a can-do attitude will help improve the ratings you receive.
