With templates, you are able to save the details of your shifts for easy rebooking in the future. Here is how it works! 👇
When you finish adding the details of your shift, you will receive a pop up asking "Do you want to save this shift as a template?" Add a helpful and unique name for the template and click "Save".
💡Tip: Successful Partners will label templates with things like the timeframe or event and postion. (e.g. Morning Dishwashers, Night Shift Warehouse, Wedding Servers)
The next time you click "Book Instawork Pros" from the dashboard, you will be given the option to choose from one of your templates, or start a new booking. To rebook, you will click "Book again" underneath the template you want to use.

What gets saved in a template?
When you book from a template, all you need to do is add the date of the new shift and an optional shift name. All other details (location information, position type, start and end times, number of Pros, shift instructions, onsite contact) are already saved.
Can I change the saved information?
Yes! If you need to change some of the details (e.g. new onsite contact) you can still make edits to the shift as you are booking it.
