Top Pro Points FAQ
Updated over a month ago

What are Top Pro Points?

Earn Top Pro Points to achieve and maintain your Top Pro Level. Earn 10 points from each shift you work. At the start of each month, your level is determined based on total points collected (rollover points + earned points) in the previous month.

With Rollover Points, any extra points you earn beyond your required level can be carried over to the next month if you maintain an average rating of 4.9+. These points expire after one month and cannot be rolled over again.

How do Rollover Points work?

  • If you earn more points than needed for your current Top Pro level, excess points carry over to the next month.

  • You must maintain a 4.9+ average rating and qualify for Top Pro status to be eligible for rollover. (See monthly requirements in the table below.)

  • Rollover points expire after one month and cannot roll over again.

Example:

  • In October, you earn 110 points → You qualify for Gold (50 points required).

  • The extra 60 points roll over to November (since you maintained a 4.9+ rating).

  • In November, you earn 50 points → You qualify for Gold again, and 50 points roll over to December.

  • If your rating drops below 4.9, your points will not roll over to the next month.
