Instawork Messaging House Rules

Rule 1

Respect people. Our Community Guidelines require all Pros to treat other users with respect. Be kind and authentic. This network and community is built to create economic opportunities, not destroy them. The Community Guidelines prohibit threats of violence, hate speech, sexually explicit content, harassment and bullying, and they make clear that if you do anything that is not in the spirit of Rule #1, your account on the app may be suspended or deactivated.

Rule 2

Respect inboxes. Our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use prohibit harassment, which includes sending repeat or unwanted messages like spam. If you engage in spam or other harassment, your account on the app may be deactivated permanently.

Rule 3

Respect the law. The Terms of Use prohibit use of the Instawork app in any way that would violate any laws. If you use Instawork messaging for illegal activity; or to encourage, facilitate, or solicit illegal activity; or to post illegal content or anything that may be construed as illegal content, your account on the app may be deactivated.

Rule 4

Respect privacy. Sharing another user’s personal information without their permission violates their privacy and our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. Don’t post anyone’s personal or confidential information without their explicit permission.

Rule 5

Respect your community. When you join a group chat, the admins or moderators may have set their own rules. If you don’t respect those rules, they may remove you from those groups. Group admins are responsible for ensuring that the groups they run follow Instawork House Rules and also their own rules. Group admins are not permitted to create rules that are in direct conflict with Instawork House Rules, Community Guidelines, or Terms of Use.

Beyond these guidelines, you are still subject to the Instawork Terms of Use when using the Instawork app.
