The lifeblood of Instawork is its two-sided rating system. We encourage both Partner

and Pro to rate each other after each shift. This encourages consistent performance and accountability from both sides, and allows you to build a core team of Instawork Pros that can become a dependable extension of your team.

To rate professionals, you can do it from the Past Shifts section or in the Ratings tab. From there, you can choose how you want to work with each Professional in the future by selecting one of three options:

  • Add to Roster

  • Ok to Book

  • Block

Add to Roster

You want to add Pros to your roster who you really liked working with and definitely want to work with them again in the future. Adding a Pro to roster:

  • Enables you to book the Pro directly

  • Give the Pro first access to the shifts your post in the future

  • Learn more about building your roster here.

Okay to book

Choosing this option means you would work with this Pro again, but they are not your first choice. You cannot specifically request the Pro again, but they will have the opportunity to pick up more shifts with you in the future.

Block

If the Pro you worked with is not a good fit for your business, you can choose to Block them. Blocked Pros will not able able to pick up shifts with you again and they will automatically be removed from any future shifts they’ve already picked up with you. Blocking a Pro means:

  • They will not be matched with your business again

  • If this Pro has booked any of your future shifts, they will be removed from all of your upcoming shifts

  • We'll review your feedback and may follow up with you or someone on your team for additional information

  • Depending on the circumstances, we will remove the Instawork Professional from our network

Company Ratings

Also on the Ratings page, you can monitor your ratings from Pros, as well as read some anonymous comments in order to monitor performance of your team.

If you ever have questions on any of the ratings, you can get more detailed information from your Account Manager.
