How to directly hire a Pro from temporary shifts:
1. Post a recurring shift and select "Potential full-time opportunity" This adds a "temp-to-hire" badge to your shift, helping you find Pros who might be interested in permanent roles.

2. Discuss the role with the Pro. You should talk directly with the Pro about hiring terms and permanent employment.
3. Once a Professional has joined you as an employee or other direct hire, you will mark them as 'Hired' in the dashboard.
Mark the Pro as "Hired.” There are two ways to do this:
Option 1: Go to "Professionals" > My Roster > click the three dots menu next to the Pro and select "Mark as Hired." Note: Pros must be on your roster or have a 5-star rating to appear in your roster list.
Option 2: Go to "Professionals" > Hired and find the Pro under "Frequently booked Pros." Select "Hired".
After marking a Pro as hired, the direct hire fee will appear on your next invoice, as outlined in our Online Services Agreement.

Of course, but booking more than one shift with a Pro before you hire them helps ensure a good fit (and may reduce your direct hire fee).
Do shifts need to be marked "Potential full-time opportunity" to hire a Pro?
