Immediately after you post a job

Who can apply

After you post a job on Instawork Hiring, your position becomes visible to Pros in your area. Pros whose resume, interview, and/or Instawork shift history best match the job requirements will receive a push notification.

How Pros apply

Pros can browse available jobs in their area through Instawork and review details like responsibilities, pay, and location. Interested Pros must submit an application to your position and answer any screening questions you've included. After applying, candidates will be prompted to have a pre-screening call to answer questions based on the position.

Reviewing candidates

Most Pros apply within the first two weeks after the job is posted, though Pros can apply for a full 30 days.

Recommended candidates

Instawork recommends candidates based on several factors

  • Job criteria you specified

  • Candidate pre-screening interviews

  • Resume information

  • Exclusive Instawork performance data from any shifts worked on our platform

These recommendations help you quickly identify the most qualified candidates with proven track records, saving you time and increasing your chances of making a successful hire.
