How do I conduct the terminal test?
Pros will often reach out asking for the “Discover Test Card” There is no test card, they just use this testing link.
Give the link to the merchant, have them test one credit card and then one debit card. Record the results in the survey.

The survey is in the instawork shift when you clock in. Please have the merchant follow the link to conduct the terminal test.
The merchant didn’t let me conduct a test
There is a path for this in the survey. Please follow the steps and mark the appropriate answers (that you arrived, you entered, you spoke with the merchant and they didn’t let you test)
This business is not the business listed on the shift -
That’s fine, please enter the business at the address listed and test there. If the business is closed, that’s fine and please just mark that on the survey as the reason why you could not enter the business.
Unable to enter -
There are paths on the survey for all different reasons pro were unable to enter. The just need to mark the appropriate answer on the survey question.
