Canceling Multi-Day Shift Assignments (Partner requested same Pro)

When you're matched with multi-day shifts (same job across multiple days), the system expects the same Pro to work all shifts for consistency. This affects how cancellations work.

What you need to know:

  • The app does not allow you to cancel individual days within a multi-day assignment.

  • If you cancel through the app, all remaining shifts in the set will be canceled.

  • Canceling multiple shifts at once may result in multiple violation points or account suspension depending on how close to the start time you cancel.

If you need to miss just one specific day:

    • Contact your on-site supervisor at the business directly.

    • Ask if they can manually cancel just that specific day for you.

    • This way, you can keep the rest of your scheduled shifts without penalties for the entire set.

Remember: Always communicate with your on-site contact as early as possible if you need to adjust your schedule.
